1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the e77e platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, family, or household will be considered misuse of promotional benefits and all related accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. e77e is not liable for unauthorised access to your account unless it is caused by our negligence. Please notify our support team immediately about any suspicious activity.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on e77e is ৳500 (five hundred taka), applicable to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposited funds will be credited directly to the member's account balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using a registered payment method and must be in the member's own name.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. e77e reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until all required documents have been submitted. This process is in place to protect the member.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on e77e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). e77e is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳2,000 will add ৳3,000 in bonus credit, giving a total balance of ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times before any funds can be withdrawn from it. Example: a ৳3,000 bonus requires a total of ৳75,000 in wagers.

4.3 Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses have a specific validity period; any bonus that is not used within this period will be cancelled.
• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• e77e reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• If misuse of a bonus is suspected, e77e may forfeit the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• Specific terms apply separately to VIP cashback and other ongoing promotions.

4.4 VIP Program

e77e has four VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Members can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority support.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Policy

The outcome of all games on e77e is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. In the event of a technical error, the wagered amount may be refunded.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Manipulating games using software or automated methods.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

8 Account Suspension and Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

The e77e platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. e77e accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disruption or a game being interrupted mid-session.

• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• Unauthorised access resulting from a member's own accidental disclosure of their login details.

If a game result is left undetermined due to a technical failure, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
